Approach

I am a Person Centred Counsellor, trained under the humanistic umbrella.

Experience

My background experience includes 8 years working in the community in the mental health field with people who suffer from schizophrenia, psychosis and bipolar, and many other related disorders. I have also worked with people with long-term physical health problems.
